Current events: FIRST Robotics



Judging by all the tweets going around and Facebook posts by some of my US-friends FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) on in US is a buzz of excitement.  FIRST is short for "For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology" and is a public charity that was founded in 1989.  The game theme this year is "Rebound Rumble".

 Searching for robot products:

While I was searching the internet for a few robot kits I also looked at the Mindstorm  kits from Lego and stumbled across this interesting website: Mindstorm Solutions - They help companies of all kinds, shapes and sizes to creat an effective online presence.  One such 'company' being 'Pretoria Prepatory School'
